Ray Family This Ray family seems to be primarily in Prince Georges County, however a few sons settled in Frederick, Montgomery, and Anne Arundel Counties. The progenitor in P.G.County is believed to be William Ray. Tracey Family Thomas Tracey is an early 17th century immigrant to Prince George's County..
