46-01. BRADFORD, WARREN, HENDERSON, SCHMALZ. Was Ann BRADFORD married and if yes, what was her husband’s name? The will of Ann BRADFORD is found in Worcester Co., MD, dated 10 June 1811 – 11 Oct. 1811. Three sons are listed: Daniel, Burton, Levin and one dau., Sally WARREN. Sally WARREN’s husband is Isaac WARREN and their know childred are Patty and Littleton WARREN. I am a descendant of Burton BRADFORD who m. Charlotte HENDERSON n Worcester Co., MD, in 1808. 46-02. KENNEDY, WANN, ALBERT. John G. KENNEDY, b. Feb. 18, 1802 in MD (Harford Co.), d. Dec. 21, 1880 in Harford Co., m. Elizabeth WANN (1806-1876), bur. in Mt. 46-04. SCARCE/SCEARCE, BURGESS. Looking for any information on SCARCE/SCEARCE family. William SCARCE b. 1715, m. Catherine, b. about 1719 in MD, d. 1772 in MD. Son Shadrack SCEARCE b. 1748. William had to have died before Catherine because she sent for Shadrack who had moved to VA. Need to know Catherine’s maiden name. 46-05. SOWERS, LEACH, HAWS. Looking for any info the the SOWERS family in Baltimore and Anne Arundel Counties, particularly pre-1820. Especially interested in Albright SOWERS who, after marriage in Baltimore in 1808, seems to completely disappear until one of his sons (Washington) shows up in Greene Co. PA. I am trying to find info that may connect him as a brother to William SOWERS (also m. in 1808 in Anne Arundel Co. and does end up in Greene Co. PA in 1830). Also looking for possible connection to an Edward SOWERS who may be the father of both or even a step-brother. Edward was first in Baltimore Co. and later in Anne Arundel Co. Living next to William in 1810. Am also aware of a Conrad SOWERS who may possibly be another brother, a John SOWERS who could possibly be a father to all, and a Samuel SOWERS who may be the original immigrant (all of Baltimore Co.). Conrad and William are veterans of the War of 1812. Albright m. Elizabeth LEACH, William m. Nelly HAWS, and Edward’s second m. was to Nancy LEACH. In Archibald Smith's will, 1729, Lewes, Sussex Co Delaware, mentions same land left to him by his “uncle” Robert Perrie. Were Edward and Archibald related? Edward's children apparently m. into ENNIS and SHOWELL families. Anxious to learn of Robert PERRIE'S connection to Archibald. Archibald's wife was Isabella, was she a PERRIE? 46-08. PARRISH, TRIMBLE. Joshua PARRISH (1770-1840) paid taxes in Germany township, York Co. PA, 1792-1795, m. Barbara TRIMBLE of Frederick Co. MD, moved to Huntingdon Co. PA in 1797. Daniel JENIFER, and Robert HAWLEY/HOLLY/HALLEY, are both found together on the 1695 Accomack/ Northampton Co., Va. Census and in Court Records standing in for one another in Accomack and then both are found both in St. Mary's City, Md. and Charles Co., Md. in the 17th Century Records. I am searching for additional information on each of them and what possible connection there was between the two. Could a sibling or child of Daniel JENIFER have married Robert HAWLEY? My ancestor John HAWLEY/HALLEY/HOLLEY, etc. m. Hester BURCH in Accokeek, Md. in 1712 and John HAWLEY was b. in 1686 according to his court testimony on two separate occasions. I am seeking information on his parents and siblings. I have his descendants through his three sons documented. Perhaps he had daughters but I have not found references to any. Laura Hawley48-01.
